Introduction and Vision for Cybersecurity and AI Blog

    I would like to consider myself a technology veteran. I have been working professionally within the information technology field for the last twenty years, the latter half of that focused on information and cybersecurity. My interest in computing goes back to the early days of learning to write code in Apple Basic on an Apple IIe. Currently, my interests focus on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. While conducting research for one of my doctoral classes, I discovered a need to apply cybersecurity standards to artificial intelligence. Since that discovery, I have focused my research on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity standards convergence. 

    



Currently, I am attending Futuring and Innovation with Dr. Cynthia Calongne, better known online as Lyr Lobo. As a part of this class, I created this blog. I hope that this blog can be a platform for current and future understandings, along with innovative ideas regarding cybersecurity and AI. That demonstrates how the two fields work separately and in conjunction with each other.
